What Does The Recruitment Process Look Like?

1. Phone Interview

We first conduct phone interviews. Our hiring managers and/or recruiters screen candidates.

2. First Interview

A first personal interview is a job interview that’s conducted to determine if the applicant has the qualifications needed to do the job successfully.

3. Technical Test

Technical interview is the opportunity for the applicant to present his/her technical acumen and skills to the test.

4. Offer

Based on this process, we rate the candidate on the interview performance, and we invite the best ones to join the ETG team.
