Design Management

xPM Design Management is designed to manage the design process of the project from offer to delivery stages in a strong and organized manner. Design layout lists, personnel planning, plan simulations and design work schedules are created. Design coordination process is monitored regularly with design realizations, planned – realized comparisons, design progress, consumed man/day, produced map section and revisions.

Cost Management

With the help of detailed Master Coding in xPM, from the project basic resource level to the total project cost, cost analysis and budget control are done at many different levels like production, activity, location, production group, block and phase. Following determination of production construction methods in the scope of the Master Plan, production and general expense costs are analyzed.

Resource Management

In line with the construction methods defined in the Master Plan, xPM enables you to determine where, when and how much/many labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor basic resources are to be used in an easy and practical manner.
